“I ordered a large shirt but it was too small and there wasn't a larger size, so I had to return it. I hadn't kept my invoice but showed a copy of my bank statement with the amount taken so I was able to return it. I had to pay postage for the return whereas items I have bought on Amazon are usually free to return them when necessary. Apart from this I was happy with the way I was able to return the item but I think the sizing comes up a bit small.”
