“Have ordered twice from your site, 1st time goods arrived late despite paying for next day delivery, HOWEVER you did refund the cost !! 2nd time I ordered a pair of trainers waited 3 days for them then got an e mail saying they were out of stock, so again you refunded the costs!!”
