“Bought some Adidas trainers previously and very satisfied with products This time needed a refund from too small Fjallraven hat and refund done very quickly no hassles and email sent to me keeping me informed. Saving up for a new pair of trainers from the Originals store!”

“9.99 delivery charge to Ireland is too much. Plus when items have to be returned this has to be paid again, and if you want items resized it means you reorder and pay the 9.99 again. So if one shirt is too big and needs resized you could end up paying £30 to get it delivered. Ridiculous”
