Hi, we're sorry to hear that your order was misplaced by the courier (they subsequently found this and returned the order to us due to it being refunded). We accept that on very rare occasions the courier companies we use may have issues beyond our control but are happy to say that these are few and far between. We can only apologise that your order was delayed in this manner. Kind Regards, 80sCC

“Thought it was worth writing a review as I bought some trainers and the payment gateway was broken and it would not let me order the trainers, These things happen I guess but the customer service was excellent. I was followed up straight away by the CS team who explained the issue and told me when it would be fixed and for the inconvenience offered a 10% discount for the trainers I wanted. Excellent customer service and will continue to buy from 80s casual classics.”
