“The edges of the two sleeves of my garment jacket were uneven. One was approximately 5 mm longer than the other. I took a photo of them and sent to you but you considered this to be as expected. I was only offered to return the jacket and get my money back - not to have it exchanged for one with identical sleeve edges. Otherwise it is well made and I am satisfied apart from this - it is a pity that it is assymetrical. You should be more careful not to send garments to customers that are so deficient as mine is and - mainly - be prepared to change them for appropriate ones if delivered deficient by mistake! y jacket.”
