“I originally ordered a jacket beginning of December this was posted out to me within a few days but was not charged to my bank until January. Obviously with buying many online purchases over the Christmas period I didn't notice on my account as I received a email early December from Amazon pay to say payment received therefore I believed this had been taken from my account. Once I returned it in January it was then deducted which I was surprised about as far as I was aware it had been paid early December. Not a good way to deal with payments.”

“Purchased voucher online asked for it to be posted instead you gave me an online voucher, when I then tried to contact nobody answered so e-mailed instead! E-mail response very unhelpful and basically ended up telling me as I hadn’t managed to speak to anyone within an hour of purchasing the voucher there was nothing I could do! Shocking customer service from a simple mistake which could easily of been rectified”

All gift vouchers purchased via the website are sent automatically via emails and unfortunately are not sent in the post. This is stated on the website, and explained in the email to you.
