“The size I got was the size my boyfriend has in jeans but on arrival they were way too small. I wanted to swap them but you no longer had them in stock and living in Australia I can't them back in time to get a refund as post takes a long time!!!! Would you let me send them back even if it's outside the 30 days???”

Hoping to get some feed back from you other than a generic email. I like your site and the product so hopefully there is simple mistake that can be rectified soon.”

Unfortunately the delay was due to issues with the Canadian Postal service: Canada Start date: 30 April 2016 End date: Ongoing Postings to the T, U, V, W & Y areas - update: 29 June Unfortunately, the issues in Vancouver continue and we are now using alternative gateways to get into Canada Post for deliveries in the postcode areas T, U, V, W and Y. This will still incur some delay but should be an improvement on previous weeks Sorry for this delay and the inconvenience caused.
