“I want to return 3 products that have arrived and I would like to know how to do it. 1- Item code 0014204203 is defective. I attach the image. 2-Item code 0012155603 I want to return because the color is not the same that appears on your website. On your website it appears brown and it has reached me dark green. I also need a smaller size. 3-Item code 0000211303 I want to return it for small size”

“Sorry but after years of buying trainers from your company of which I was very pleased with, one of my last items had to be returned as I didn't like them, I didn't even try them on and on returning them back to yourselves I found I had to pay £11, this I found to over excessive, if this is the case each time I send something back it's going to cost me so much I'm afraid I will not be purchasing from your company again”

“Bought around a dozen items from 80 casual classics now. Quality is great, sizing is consistent which is a big issue when buying online so i have never had to return anything, never had any issues with delivery either. Will continue to buy things from this site.”

“Zeer goede ervaring mee..Twee paar adidas trainers teruggestuurd omwille van een te grote schoenmaat..geld dadelijk teruggestort gekregen..heb onmiddellijk twee nieuwe paar besteld maar een maatje kleiner en op vrij korte tijd deze thuis geleverd gekregen.. Er is maar één minpunt..het terugsturen kost je wel 16,50 euro.”

“I ordered on the 30th March 20 and waited patiently whilst ordering stuff from the UK after this order I haven't received my package, I've contacted and been told it's left the UK on the way to Australia, by foot I think, waited further and contacted again to be told again it's on it's way but Corona virus dribble Almost like it's paid for, no real issue in how long it takes we have the money ?”
