Bought aftershave as presents it turned up in a jiffy bag, as such the boxes were a mess so I had to get it elsewhere. When I asked for a refund they did give it but told me I was a one of as I should have selected a different option at the checkout. Firstly I went back online to see this and I couldn't, secondly I shouldn't have to choose it should be packed correctly from the start and last but not least don't try and make it my fault because you can't work out a jiffy bag isn't going to cut it. I won't be using them again.

Ordering and receiving 2 fila velour track tops - not an issue. Returned both for a refund in the same package and have to date only received a refund for one of them! I received that 21st November

Poor quality of shoes on 2 occasions now. Not the same quality u get in other shops wont be buying from here again

It was okay with the shipment and all BUT it was terrible when my clarks arrived because i ordered Black but it wasnt the same Black i ordered

Ordered trainers and decided to add few t-shirt low cost. Trainers suddenly unavailable. T shirts arrived very poor sizing. Returned as the trainers were main reason for order. System should be more accurate instead of hoax stock levels.

Hi Steven, we're sorry to hear that the item you ordered was out of stock. We recently moved warehouses and whilst that's no excuse, it may explain why there have been one or two anomalies with our stock levels. We do try to make our size guides as accurate as possible on our site to help when selecting the right size for yourself but can only apologise if you couldn't find what you were looking for. Synes det træls at man bestiller et par sko og den str man vælger åbenbart ikke er til rådighed. Så skal man vente 7-8 dage med at få pengene igen og i gir 10% som et plaster på såret

Due to a system failure, our website didn't register a sale of one of our items leaving us short on stock. Trainers were spot on.Customer service-for me-was terrible.Requested next day delivery-didn't get it.Explained that my discount code didn't work and was told nothing could be done.Not a happy customer i'm afraid.

Wrong size trainers sent, returns was not easy as obtaining the pre-paid slip was made difficult by customer care. As a result would probably not use again!

I want to return 3 products that have arrived and I would like to know how to do it. 1- Item code 0014204203 is defective. I attach the image. 2-Item code 0012155603 I want to return because the color is not the same that appears on your website. On your website it appears brown and it has reached me dark green. Recently purchased a pair of Diadora Borg 80s elite trainers. Very limited run and all but sold out now. However the photograph to promote the shoe was different to the shoe I received ( detail stitching not present as per 80s original shoes) when asked I was told that this is the way they came from Diadora as the photo was a “sample”. I wasn’t happy but 80s Casual Classics did refund some of the purchase price.
