“Despite a number of obstacles to the outside line installation involving third party suppliers, the inside installation of our phones and switchover of our numbers was as seamless as could be expected. Our engineer Mark went above and beyond to make sure that the phones were installed fully, everyone was trained up and that our office cabling and cabinet was left in a much better state than it was found.
