“Despite a number of obstacles to the outside line installation involving third party suppliers, the inside installation of our phones and switchover of our numbers was as seamless as could be expected. Our engineer Mark went above and beyond to make sure that the phones were installed fully, everyone was trained up and that our office cabling and cabinet was left in a much better state than it was found. An overall experience that greatly improved our image of the company”

“We had our phone system completed today by Kieren Biltcliffe. Kieren was knowledgable efficient and polite . He ensured we all knew how to work the system . He gave us a back up number for help support if needed . He also checked the system was working correctly before he left . We felt we had an excellent service .”

“We've just had our phone system upgraded to the hihi 3 system. Tom came in and set them all up and then showed every one how to use the new system. Very helpful and answered all our questions. New system is easy and simple to use. Holly - Electrical Installations (Linc's) Ltd”

“The HiHi phones are very efficient and we love all the small details included e.g parking and transferring calls, tablet and headset features, app. Very helpful staff who came in to install and set up our new phones.
