“Gareth Owen (4com response engineer) came to Artco (Leeds) Ltd to sort out problems we were having with all 3 of our phone units. He sorted everything for us in 2 quick visits, he had to come twice because the first time the equipment from head office had not arrived. Before he left he spent approx 20 mins going through things with me. I learnt more in those 20 mins with Gareth than I did in several hours with the sales rep, original engineer & through phone calls with customer services.
