Kieren & Dave were very efficient with very little interruption to our normal business practices. Asked a few questions about our current system and what we would like from the new system. Took less than 1 hour to go through the requirements and then left the guys to complete the configuration

Just finished our onboarding with 4com onto the HiHi system. Dave Cowen was our engineer and made the entire setup smooth and offered some great training.

David Cowen @HiHi was a great help today, helped us iron out any teething problems, we just recently moved and had to set up new system, David went above and beyond to help set it up and make sure we are completely happy before he finished. Can't commend him enough to be honest.

We had Jihad installing our new HiHi system today at our company. He was very helpful and professional, spoke us through all the steps needed to set our system up. Caused very little disruption to our to office. over all experience was brilliant.

We have had Kieren install our new HiHi phone system and sort our longstanding broadband issues out today. He was very professional and helpful. Chris Hillman and Charlie Mack Chris Hillman was a very thorough technician going through the entirety of the new HIHI4 phones and helped the team tremendously to understand the new systems. Charlie Mack also deserves an honourable mention, he was great talking us through the phones and then quickly got Chris to come in two days later to fit them. Thank you both gents from the MGA team in Birmingham.

We had some inital issues with our new phone line for Vickers Joinery Ltd but Tom the engineer was sent and promptly fixed all our issues and helped setup our new system. Everything now working as expected.

Their own customer service number gives you a busy tone 9/10 times. They're bills go through the roof every year... Any company that has to tie you in for a such a long contract does so because if you had a choice you would leave. All these comments below mention install/early on... Ask the same people a year later after they've gone days without service/a contactable service department and they've done they're 'annual' rise... Stay away

Terry arrived on time, he was polite and informative throughout the day with us. Terry made the installation process simple, explaining what he was doing and what would follow. Once the system was up and running he loaded the link onto my computer and ran through how to use it even talking me through making my first call via HiHi. Great Service.
