Fabulous customer service and response times. We were let down by our current phone provider when we were moving office premises. 4com stepped in and provided us with a whole new phone system at very short notice (days). Our engineer, Dave Perry, came and spent the whole day installing the system and getting us up and running; even with no internet connection until the following week. Extremely helpful , even when I was constantly ringing and texting him to find out how to do something!!
