“New HiHi phone system installation today. Steve Mooney, the install engineer arrived exactly on time stated, was most polite...totally professional, and completed the install seamlessly. Upon completion, he spent time with each of us explaining clearly the system operations, answering any questions raised, and took times to ensure we all fully understood the phones operation. “We have just had our installation of HI Hi phones and we couldn't be more delighted. The installation went so smoothly and the David Cowen was very helpful and nothing we asked was too much trouble. The phone system is so easy to use. We have contacted support a few times and they have always sorted our issue promptly. it is so lovely to actually see the person you are talking to.”

The transition from our old phones felt seamless, thanks in large part to the exceptional installation service provided by Rich. HiHi phones have definitely exceeded my expectations.
