“Kieren arrived this morning, he was very helpful from the start. Kieren double checked our requirements before starting to install our new products. he ensured we were happy with everything and fully trained us on the new system that he had installed. Before leaving he ensured we all knew what we had to do, he went above our expectations and showed us knowledge on the phones we didn't previously know about. Equine Products UK Ltd”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "We recently had our office phone system installed and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Terry was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire installation process. Not only did they take the time to understand our specific needs, but they also provided valuable recommendations to optimize our system for maximum efficiency. The installation was completed in a timely manner with minimal disruption to our daily operations. Everyone at Meridian Marquees was very impressed!”

“I would not recommend the HiHi service from 4Com their sales service is great so they get the sale; after service not so great. When it all goes down your business stops and they don’t really help. I would not recommend at all and would not believe this is the future of business. Really disappointing as call quality is poor and clients always complaining and was much better off sticking to our Samsung GAMA system. Other users also complained to us and would not recommend at all.”

“Great service received when our upgraded HiHi phone systems were installed. All work was carried out efficiently, along with clear training and guidance being given to our staff so we could get the most out of the product. Kieren explained all stages of the upgrade as he did them, and answered all our questions, making sure everything was in place before he left. Thank you!”

“Amazing communication and execution of our Phone System We recently updated our HiHi phones, the engineers that attended site were amazing! They could not do enough for us which made the experience seamless with no downtime during the swap over. Special mention to Chris and Jack!”
