“The Engineer came and was polite and well-mannered, he installed 11 new phones and then took the time to make sure we all understood how the phones work and if we had any problems or didnt understand any aspect then he was patience and explained a more simpler way! By the time he left all 9 members of staff felt very confident using the phones and making/receiving calls.”
