“Thank you, from start to finish the move went smoothly. The engineer, Terry, was calm for the entire switch, he was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to just know what to do! Very pleased with the system!”

“BUYER BEWARE, READ THE SMALL PRINT ! Over charged con, don't be tempted to sign on the dotted line, you'll likely be signing up for 7 years with a 2 year rebate off an exorbitant hire rate, which will cease if you don't sign for another 7 years ! What current piece of electronic technology has a lifetime of 7 years, believe me you will find much better value elsewhere, beware the over hyped salesperson (Who is no doubt making a packet on every deal), with the offer of free gifts etc. BUYER BEWARE, READ THE SMALL PRINT !”

“Business switch over made easy, good system and our step by step install was done so well. 4com have sent up lots of updates and support over the change over helping us know when each step would be completed. Our face to face HIHI installer Elliot Neill was super, he really took his time to show everyone the system, including our olddies who needed more help to get to grips with the new handsets. We did have a few lines issues and elliots patience to complete and fix the niggling issues was amazing.”

“Today we got an amazing service from the engineer Tom Parr! With clear communication, understanding and amazing skills he got the job done fast and correctly. Before any procedures he also was asking permission for any type of resets to the systems to don’t create any type of interferences. I highly recommend Tom’s service! “Phones have not been working for 4 months. They will call me try fix it then just give up. I'd honestly stay away from these guys. Literally a pointless service.”
