“Had Steve for the initial installation and Elliot for the final installation. Both were friendly, polite and answered all of our questions clearly. Both Steve and Elliot are a credit to your company and I would have no hesitation to recommend HiHi in the future.”

“Alex C came in this morning, explained where and what he was doing, he is very professional and explained everything that he was doing. Answered every queries in a polite and professional manner.Alex put our minds at rest, as I was worried that I wasn’t going to fully understand the new system, but that was never going to be a problem. Definitely Recommend Alex C, very helpful and polite, but he is very knowledgeable in the products that he is dealing with every day. Well done Alex C, it was a very pleasurable visit, and hope to see you soon.”

“The Engineer came and was polite and well-mannered, he installed 11 new phones and then took the time to make sure we all understood how the phones work and if we had any problems or didnt understand any aspect then he was patience and explained a more simpler way! By the time he left all 9 members of staff felt very confident using the phones and making/receiving calls.”

“The engineer David Cowen, arrived early and worked all day to ensure that our telephones were set up. He explained everything and advised he will be back for additional training. He also organised for one set to be picked up by DPD and delivered to another address”

“Chris came to our offices to carry out the 'first fix' for our new HiHi phone system. Did all the set up in terms of installing the equipment and all the tech bits whilst onsite and took the time to talk over basic operation, system management and operation etc. before our formal training in a couple of weeks. No issues, took the time to answer questions etc. Service that should be appreciated.”

“The HiHi phones were demonstrated to me by the initial guys from HiHi, and when the engineer (great guy by the way) installed them, they proved to be just as simple as the salesmen said. An altogether good experience from all members of HiHI, and a pleasure to work with a company that knows their product well and it does what it says on the tin. Well done everyone Elmside Ltd”

“Kieren has visited our premises today to start the installation of our HiHi phone system. Kieren is a very pleasant gentleman who has performed everything he needs to do causing minimal fuss or disturbance within the clinic and in a very respectful way. He is extremely helpful and explains everything in a way we understand which is much appreciated. We are impressed with your service at so far, thank you. LFW Podiatry”
