“Avoid! Very slick sales team, had the new equipment in before the ink had dried on the contracts!
We were misled regarding costs and services.
They told us the cost was comparable to our existing provider, by the time they had finished it almost doubled.
Now having call quality issues and support are slow to respond”

Everything from the start, miss sold the package, issues with the initial install, invoiced incorrectly, not received discounts included in the package, had to wait for that to be repaid when we invoiced them!! Finally able to cancel the contract 4 months ago, and still we cannot move our services for our main office as 4 Com registered our phone number incorrectly. Its been a very painful, time consuming experience and taken up a lot of our work time. To then add insult to injury we had no WiFi for near on three days, because again loads of different excuses, but boiled down to the fact no one talks to each other and they cut the WiFi off!! Over priced, no customer service and only have one star as you cannot give none.”
