Quick deliver and very well priced. The product that i originally had ordered was unavailable, the offered to send the same quality of product at the same price, the product that i originally had ordered was on sale, so was very kinda of them. I deiced to go an look online and choose another item, the company must have seen that i tried to order from them before and sent my item next day delivery for free, I didn't know they did it till I got my item before i got the email to say it had been shipped.

The products listed on the website are not available sometimes either in the size or colour required. The website needs to be regularly updated with the available inventory.

We do endeavour to ensure the website is updated as much as possible, but when offering so many products and variations of colour and size, ultimately we may miss the occasional item. We always strive to ensure customers are not inconvenienced and will usually offer a similar or better product instead as a free upgrade. Excellent speed of delivery. My only complaint is that you advertising does not mention that VAT is added to your quoted price, and that therefore the cost is more than you say.

Hi Colin, thank you for the review. The prices displayed on the website do actually include VAT - I believe the VAT is displayed at the checkout (for reference) but no extra amount is added onto the displayed prices in VAT. Your bat was £119.95 on special offer, so I suspect the website probably would have said something like "VAT = £19.99" - this is just the amount of VAT payable within the £119.95 and not an extra amount on top of it. I ordered a bat for next day delivery, it never showed up and when I tried calling office was shut until Monday. Twitter response was very polite (from Julie Morehen) who said she'd sort free delivery at least and suggested a further discount on top, which I was sceptical about as she'd made it clear it wasn't up to her, but I appreciated the sentiment. Julie also said I'd get a call Monday morning to sort everything, which didn't come, so I rang up and was told the bat was out for delivery and when it would arrive (had to arrange a safe place as I wasn't due to be in). The only compensation was a refund on next day delivery (naturally, as it had not been done) and promise of free next day delivery on a future order. Sadly that amounts to nothing as I lost out on the bat for the weekend, my own time and convenience, and have then been asked to spend more money to get any sort of tangible compensation. The original issue was completely understandable, but not enough done to make up for it I'm afraid so very unlikely to use again. For future reference, I suggest you offer more to the customer if they've been inconvenienced. I spent three figures with you and not only will it be the only time I do so, I now have a negative story about 3D if asked for my opinion by anyone at my club looking to shop online (or anyone I work with, of which there are a lot of sportsmen). That could quite easily have been a positive one even with the initial problems.

Actual item was fine however paying ten pounds for next day delivery in thu and it didn't come till Monday not good enough. I phoned for refund but never heard a thing

Checking into your order, I can see it was not placed until 2:50pm and officially the cut-off for next day orders is 1:00pm - we make every effort to ensure orders placed after this time still leave, but depending on the collection time of the courier (between 3:15pm and 4:00pm) sometimes there just isn't enough time for us to get your order picked and processed before sending. As a gesture of goodwill, I have authorised a refund of the £10 Shipping Charge for you. We feel we have sent it as quickly as we could however accept we should have called to update you. Probably the worst online shopping site, who has an order line that's only open in office hours, no phone line to chase orders that have been outstanding for weeks. Stay well clear

I was quite excited when my new cricket shoes arrived but found that my normal size did not fit. When I read the returns policy I worked out that it would cost me almost the cost of the shoes in postage for replaciement and voiced my concern to Dale at 3D. Dale did reply and I didn't cancel the order but did return the shoes for replacement. I have not heard from 3D regarding my return and may have to chase up Royal Mail. Disappointed at the moment.

Hi Martyn, following on from my email we've obviously tracked the order down although it appears to have taken a couple of weeks for Royal Mail to get it back to us. It's now been processed as detailed on email.

As always, 3D sports provide a very good internet service for cricket equipment, my last purchase of a Kookaburra Instinct cricket bat was with me within 48 working day hours. Very reliable.
