“I ordered some cricket shoes and when the arrived they had scuffs and red marks on them. When I contacted 3D sports, they seem to just ignore my emails. Very poor customer service.”

“Good quality equipment, great prices. The only issue I had was I paid for the next day delivery options as I had ordered prior to 11 am, but it arrived the day after. I questioned this and had no response. I would order from here again but felt the extra I paid for delivery wasn’t beneficial.”

“I have recently bought a players quality grade 1 Kookaburra Ghost Pro Bat, which was an expensive bat. Unfortunately it cracked while using it for some throw downs, just after finishing the knocking in process. I Have just contacted 3D Sports and informed about it and hoping for a good outcome. Will update it as soon as I hear back from either 3D Sports or Kookaburra.”
