“Dale was really helpful. Telephoned me as my item was out of stock and then offered a different, better item at the same price. As this was for my son, I did not want to make the decision so he sent us an email with a link so my son could see the item first. As my son was unsure, we phoned Dale and he went through all the pro's and cons with him, so much so that he was convinced about the item. Dale assured him that once he tried it and if it didn't suit, we could send it straight back. He said he'd have it the post the next day and sure enough we got a text from the carrier to say it would be delivered the next day. Great personal service and price. we will definitely use you again and would thoroughly recommend! Thank you”

Tracking your parcel with DPD it says see you requested for the parcel to be left in a safe place, and it was left in the 'Side House' on Monday - if the courier have made an error here then please let me know the details and I'll be happy to chase them for a carriage refund for you.
