“I needed to make last minute travel arrangements for my son who was coming to the UK from the US for the first time. The chat agents were kind and patient and helped keep me informed the whole way. \n\nMy son said he had a great experience on the UK side with the driver finding him and getting him to his destination in time. \n\nWell done”

“I had to reschedule my pick-up date due to a missed flight. The Support service at 247 was very helpful, pleasant and very quickly responded with the necessary changes and provided regular updates.
