“Collection was excellent - vehicle was on time, car was clean and bottled water was provided. The driver was courteous and efficient. The only fault was the confirmation email was sent to my daughter's email after I had gone to some length to explain it needed to be sent to my email. This meant I had to call on the day of departure to confirm a vehicle was definitely booked.\n\nThe above booking was done by phone. Prior to that I tried to book on line several times with much difficulty, Basically I couldn't progress the booiking because I kept getting a message that an alternative phone number was required for the non compulsory field! I did not have another phone number to provide, I tried to rebook several times to no avail,”

“Booking was seamless and we received our confirmation via email immediately. Our driver was extremely punctual and we even left before our supposed pick-up time. The drive to Heathrow was fast and smooth with no delays, and he endured that we arrived at the airport promptly. Very friendly and highly recommended!”

“There have been problems when reserving online 1) with my home address. Cars go to the high road instead of my specific address. This seems to be the default or maybe operator error on my part but the software could be clearer on this since the problem has happened three times; 2) I arranged for an airport pick up arriving from abroad. I received a call for arrival clarification but would have greatly preferred an email communication as I had poor phone service. In the end the car was at a different terminal than where I was.”

“Certain of your car description are not those commonly used by people living in America. For example Estate Car, in Canada and the USA might use Hatchback or Station Wagon.”
