“can't think of any improvements ;-)\nEasy booking on-line. High level of information about driver, pick-up etc. Pleasent and friendly drivers. Clean cars in good quality. Good follow up. Reasonable prices. We are very content and pleased.”

“Good service overall mainly thanks to the drivers who give credit to the company. As usual, the office support (coordination and communication) could be improved.\nThe online booking procedure is still not straight forward and it remains impossible to log in from the iPad.”

“I have had a couple of problems with the mobile application, making a complete booking through it and no receiving an email, thinking that the car was booked when it was not, and affecting my journey in the last minute.\n\nAlso, I would suggest to review the paypal link on the mobile application, I always have problems with it and have to pay by cash. Is is possible to pay by card through the mobile app?\n\nEven with this issues I am quite satisfied with your service and always choose your company when I have a trip.\n\n”
