“We have used 247 Airport Transfer to go and to come back from Gatwick.\nPerfect trip to go to Gatwick.\nTo come back, the car had a mechanical issue. A light appeared only 10 minutes after starting. We had to pull out at a gas station to pour water. It only took 2 minutes.\nIt was not a problem for us but we didn't expect 247 Airport Transfer cars having such mechanical issues.\nWe arrived on time so no problem!”

“Customer support through website and phone is absolutely excellent. \n\nTwo particular experiences I had with you though were that in a previous trip a few months ago the pick up at the airport was to be more than an hour late so I had to cancel and take the train. Now in this trip I had to wait half an hour and I call you on the phone to be able to locate the driver, who was arriving late.\nAll other services with you habe been sharply in time and as agreed.\n”

“The driver arrived earlier than expected because he was worried about the traffic . It was very considerate of him and he had to really battle through the gridlocked traffic to get to the airport in time . This meant that he had to cancel his next call and we were sorry about that. He kept us infoed about the route and we appreciated that . He is a careful and skillful driver.”
