“Good service overall, last minute availability and price was very reasonable. However, despite confirming a pick up time, they were about 35 mins late to collect. At least they phoned to tell me but, really, they shouldn't have confirmed if they wouldn't be able to do the pick up time.”

“Excellent service. We had the same driver on both the pick-up from the airport and also on the drop-off to the same airport. He was on time on both occasions, polite and took the time to explain the route he was going to take and so on. He was also nice with our young son and he made conversation with us without being too pushy or anything. Excellent.”
