“Our driver, Adam, was in a suit waiting for us as we came out of the customs hall. He was very friendly and polite. Took us right to the car, that was comfortable and road well. Excellent driving and delivered us to Heathrow in very little time. \nWe couldn't have asked for a smoother transition and will use 24/7 again for transportation.\nThank you.”

“The order procedure was straightforward and the drivers were very prompt however on the outward journey (30/04/14) the driver was driving way too fast. It was a foggy morning and I didn't feel particularly safe and I n hindsight I wish I had told him to slow down.\nWe did also notice on the return trip the drivers licence which was on display had expired, however as a driver he was very good.\n”

“punctual pickup. the driver did his very best in very bad traffic to find an alternate route . He was extremely courteous and kind in assisting us with our heavy luggage. At no time did we feel at all stressed during the trip to Heathrow.”

“Customer support was very good.\nDriver on one occasion was a few minutes late, which was not a problem as he let us know this 5/10 mins before the booked arrival time. However, I am not sure if the driver let us know he was going to be late as soon as he knew - I would suggest that he should have let us know asap of any delays.”
