“I’ve just had my fleet insurance done with Natalya. She was a complete delight ! Kept me up to date every step of the way, made all efforts to get me the best deal. “We were looking for fleet insurance and 1st Choice came back with the most competitive quote. We arranged this with Jo through 1st Choice and this necessitated a lot of back and forth discussion due to our unusual requirements. Jo worked hard to enable us to close out all of these to the satisfaction of the insurers and through a series of phone calls made what could have been a difficult process very fast indeed.”

“This year to renew our company insurance, I decided to get new quote from various insurance brokers. Antony from 1st choice greeted me and gave me options to get quotation 1) complete the form 2) do it together via the phone right now, if I have time. I chose the latter. Antony explained the areas I am not familiar with, professionally and patiently. Antony was very responsive to any further email queries. The whole process of getting insured was smooth and completed within a few days.”

“We've had a business fleet insurance policy for a while now. Wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Nothing I ask for is a problem, it's so easy to add or remove vehicles from the policy. I've dealt with Chrystal on the past few occasions, she's really helpful, friendly and professional. Everything is done in a timely manner. 5 star service!”
