“We have requested quotes from various insurers and some only responded today (3 days lapsed) Natalya did not waste any time during the quotation process, she got the details and quoted as soon as she was ready. We never felt like a client in the que, but as a priority. She responded to all emails as they were sent. “Hi dealing with Alex today was a pleasure as I had a fleet policy issue that needed sorting ASAP today.
