“First contacted this Company on the 1st March re a Motor Traders Policy. After chasing three times for any response, finally heard today, 14th March, they cannot quote for us apparently. Very strange as we already have quotes from another Company. Very poor service from your staff member who maybe should have informed us of this before now, and with our renewal imminent has left us very short of time.”
