“Called 1st Choice insurance today and spoke with Maisie. There was an error on my policy which needed to be updated. Maisie reviewed the full policy and clarified the correct information. She updated and amended very efficiently after speaking with the insurer directly. Excellent service received today and i'm super thankful to Maisie for her time and effort.”

“I requested a 'simple quote' through their internet portal, and got an immediate email confirming receipt, and a callback within an hour! Usually expect 24/48hrs, so this was a great start. I spoke to both Jo initially, and then Alice Connolly who worked with me to get quotes and information, both ladies were brilliant and professional, kept me well informed with all progress and got a speedy turnaround. This was for specialised vehicle insurance, but we have a small fleet that will definitely be coming through 1st Choice at renewal after the experience from Alice and this company. Thanks all.”

“Never thought I'd be happy spending money on insurance, but this was a great service Mike kept it simple, any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. “After struggling to find our business cover we were helped by Antony at 1st Choice who dealt with our enquiry promptly and efficiently and solved our problem and found us cover in a very quick time. Antony was helpful, polite and explained everything clearly and understandable. Pricing was good and even a little bit cheaper than we paid the year before. “I always get superb, super efficient service from Maisie, she is a credit to the team. Always helpful and sorts my queries promptly. Just a friendly, no nonsense service every time.
