“It was a very easy service to use and we purchased the exact item we needed at a fraction of the cost we had seen elsewhere. The delivery was extremely quick and efficient too.”
“A really user friendly site which offers great support, particularly for someone who knows little about sourcing correct car parts. I would definitely use them again.”
“Ordering was simple and the quote came through very promptly. All and any communication was quickly replied to and I was kept abreast. I had an issue with the courier holding my parcel for a week and not telling 1st Choice, and i had ordered well in advance of requirement so I didn't initially chase. That said, they kept me well in the loop and once the courier got back to them it all got resolved in plenty of time.
Thank you, all at 1st Choice and especially Shaun who was my main person I dealt with. Good bloke, helpful and friendly.”
“1st Choice spares located an unusual (and expensive) part for my 2020 Renault Kadjar. Even though it was Easter weekend I still received it yesterday morning and the clos INCLUDING carriage £13.
Excellent service from 1st Choice and the supplier.
