This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took 2k of my Mum's money back in Jan 2023 and still have not come up with the trust. I have been chasing them every few weeks with a promise of a call-back and nothing. Even the MD got involved and asked me not to leave a negative review until he had time to look into my complaint and promised me a call back - again nothing. As it stands, Mum has lost 2k and this company is not responding to me. I have asked for Mum's money back but again, nothing. I would warn anyone from using this company as I don't believe all their positive reviews are legitimate. They are a cowboy set-up for sure.
