“I have now had three orders from Alternative Meats and am very pleased with what I have received. The Mangalitza pork is especially outstanding. I had the Mini Roaster Box for my last two orders, and I'd like to see more variations of that, or a "pick your own four" option from a list of small joints. If I could have swapped out the either the Welsh Wagyu or veal for mutton, or a second Mangalitza rib roast, that would be perfect. Maybe a bit complicated to set up in reality, though.”

“I'm guessing not too many people collect from AM. It was all OK but a little bit strange to wait outside whilst the meat was brought outside to the car park. I had imagined it being served over a counter and having the chance to view and maybe buy other products on offer. The meat itself was wonderful and very tasty. It was cooked on a BBQ at the side of the road soon after collection and served with sliced sweet potatoes and mixed veg.”

“Delivered as arranged, in well-insulated, solid box. Silvered "bubble bag" useful for tucking behind radiator! So far, have only eaten pork chop, but it was very tasty. (Would be useful to know breed, to be able to look for it). If the rest's as tasty, will be happy to order again.”

“The service was excellent- even though there was a delay in delivery, I was kept Informed at every stage - the only downside was that the delivery driver dumped the item on the doorstep, rang the bell. and was gone, never waiting to see if anyone was home, even though it was perishable food”

“I’m 88 and live alone. I like my food and cook for myself So far I’m very pleased with my Oder of alternative meats. I’m treating myself to trying one a week The rare bread pork chop was the best I’ve ever tasted and the Mangalitza rib steak was delicious ( my daughters had a fit when they saw the fat, they didn’t want me to eat it ). As I’ve just been diagnosed pre diabetic I did tell them that at least half of the fat was good fat. I’ll be ordering again In the future but obviously not very often as I’m only buying for myself There are lots that I want to try So thank you for giving me the opportunity to try out and have quality meats, game, and poultry Yours truly Lucille Nay”
