“I’ve had the porchetta several times from alternative meats. Usually crackles like you wouldn’t believe and the meat stays juicy and succulent. Can also highly recommend whole suckling pigs and the mangalitza products. For a special occasion is excellent. Would like to see a 4/5kg option as well, perhaps from an older pig. Excellent service as well and they are very easy to deal with.”

“Meat from a Shropshire butchery run by women who’ve been doing this for 25 years and still care about every single cut. I ordered. It arrived. I cooked it … and in my mind, I wept a little (tears of joy). This is what meat is supposed to taste like 🙏🏻”
