“The veal T bone was exceptional but the fillet and sirloin was not edible, so tough. Not up to their usual standard.”

“The first two where end cuts and turned out quite difficult to cook medium-rare. The third cut was a middle cut that cooked to perfection, unfortunately, it turned out to be very tuff and chewy with very little taste and definitely not a melt in the mouth experience as advertised. Disappointed all around after looking forward to tasting wagyu for so long.”

We're just getting the hang of our new Review system - so please forgive our late response to your 1 star review. Sadly, you did try to place an order with us the day before our last dispatch day this Christmas. As this was a record year for us on the website, our Butchery team were flat out and stocks were beginning to get very low. We did explain this to anyone who placed an order at this time Andrea, but we were disappointed to receive a one star review for a very valid reason. We would love the opportunity to serve you with some of our products at another time.
