For the first time not kept up to date with a delivery so a little disappointed but will use you again. Kept up to date on one but not the second. Assume the postal service did both.

I was very pleased with the whole process, from choosing, purchasing and receiving the hamper product. I was informed by text of the postage date and was constantly updated. The pack was received in good condition.

All hampers arrived as ordered and well packaged. Ordering was straightforward and the free delivery is what won the business. There are just 2 things to note. We ordered 11 hampers and we received 11 notifications from Parcel Force at every stage of the delivery process - dispatch, en-route, anticipated delivery, failed delivery, new delivery times - we must have over 80 messages! Can you not send them in batches? The other thing is that we ordered some of the small "Afternoon Tea" boxes. However, the packaging is actually part of the presentation so they've got a nasty big Parcel Force label on them which can't be removed and it takes away from the appearance. You need to put these in a courier bag or something similar and stick the courier label on that instead. It doesn't apply to the hampers as they have boxes etc inside the packaging.

Very nice selection of hampers but what really decided that 123 hampers was for me was the free delivery. Saving on the delivery charge made by a competitor I was able to order 2 extra hampers! I think the checkout page could be less muddled. I ordered 3 different types of hamper but had to put my address in 3 times! Also when I made an account I wasn't taken back to my order and had to call up the cart myself. But it's not a big issue - just one that might make it a little easier to persuade the customer to part with their money! I can't comment on the delivery as I just placed the order!

Ordering was easy on line. The item came Royal Mail next day. Was a little disappointed with the size of the products this year. Will use the company again as the service is excellent

I have order this hamper as a gift for my son and his wife as they ordered one for themselves last year and were very pleased with it although I couldn't get my Black Friday discount for some reason Yours B Waddell

The main pages are very good but when it comes to payment with Apple Pay once the IPad has cleared for payment it is not obvious where to click to confirm. I chatted on line with one of the assistants and although she was very helpful all she could suggest was starting again. At this point I was concerned I would be paying twice ! Eventually after trying again I've hit randomly on the right button on the screen which was in other payments! Please clear this messy section up it is really bad design. I know have to keep checking with my bank to ensure only one payment is taken . My bank will not be happy !
