“Flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. Very pleased. My only gripe is the website. It says free delivery and then switches to tracked delivery etc and tries to charge you. This annoyed me, hence only 4 out of 5.”

“Hi Thanks for the chance to leave a review The flowers arrived a day late - not a big problem but maybe for some people so he aware of offering specific days ! They arrived dehydrated and floppy (i have pics) for the wow factor maybe have them in small water parcels in their packaging. The vase is a bit naff! Rather than send a plastic butterfly, either send a nice card or packet of wild flower seed.....!”

“The flowers were sent to a friend who had had an accident and they did a really good job of cheering her up. They were delivered a day late, but that is 100% down to the Royal Mail who acknowledged their mistake. I've been sent a photo of the flowers and they look great. The price was excellent too so it looks like we now have a favourite florist.”
