“I sent flowers to my sister in law after a funeral and she was absolutely delighted with her delivery. She said they were stunning and with the teddy and chocolates she was so 'cheered up' she said. She loved the flowers and they were in perfect condition. Thank you!”

“I needed to order some flowers quickly and found 123 Flowers. The website was easy to use, reviews were great and they arrived for my mum on the day they said. My mum was over the moon! She couldn’t stop saying how well packaged they were, how fresh and just how lovely they were. Really happy experience all round. Will definitely use again. Thank you!”

“There was a huge disparity between the photo of the product and the flowers that were sent. I was so embarrassed and , frankly, disgusted, that something I had spent so much money on was so pathetic. When I queried the issue, there was apparently nothing to be done but I noticed even before enquiring that the product no longer seems to be available and it wouldn't surprise me to learn that there had been numerous other complaints.”
