“I found the service to be poor, I did not get an email to confirm they’d be delivered, then when I sent an email asking if that, no reply, I then had to wait over 20mins to speak to someone via the chat on their website to be told they can’t confirm delivery if you choose free delivery, I had to contact the person to check which ruined the surprise, really unimpressed and wouldn’t use again”

“I sent a pretty basket to my mother in law and it arrived on the stated date and the plants were healthy and arrived well packaged. Easy to order and could track when they were delivered. Excellent service would definitely order again.”
