“The experience was really disappointing. I definitely wouldn't use 123 Flowers never again. Ordered 2 weeks before Mother day - MUM CERAMIC PLANTER with Kalanchoe plant, instead they send A WELLINGTON Planter with Dianthus plant. They didn't try to contact me or give option to chose something else. I think 123 Flowers should contact me to let chose something else or cancel my order. And last I was ordering from 123 Flowers, delivered PRESTIGE flowers ?! You broke my Godson hart,he wasn't happy Wellington Planter to MUM on Mother day :(”

“I hadn't used 123 flowers before,so was a bit nervous ordering my mums mothers day flowers for delivery. But absolutely delighted with the ease of ordering,updates on its delivery times etc,and the quality of flowers,worth every penny,my mum loved them. Will definitely be a returning customer”
