“Just received my flowers that I got for my daughter came in a lovely box when opened was VERY DISAPPOINTED upgraded to a large boutique received a very small one flowers are wilted and very cheap looking I could of put a bouquet of flowers together myself and would of done a better job will not ever be ordering from this company again”

“Absolutely horrendous! Stay well away! Flowers I bought for £30 looked like a £5 bunch from supermarket, literally dying when arrived, lasted 4 days all together. Would not refund, offered £10 voucher, I would not even give this company 1 star if I could!”

“I ordered flowers for my 20th wedding anniversary. This is what I had to give to my wife as a no show on the flowers. No sympathy from 123 flowers either. I won’t be using 123 flowers again.”

“Flowers nothing like photo. Please see attached photos. 123 say they see no issues with the quality or quantity of flowers I received. The photo I took was taken just a few hours after delivery. Their website only allows you to post good reviews.”

“Bouquet received was wilted and nowhere near the amount of flowers as the website photo. Totally embarrassed when I saw them. Never again! Please have a look at the photo I took as soon as the flowers arrived and compare to the website photo which supposed to be the same size.”

“I purchased the 100 spray rose heads and would be exaggerating if I said I got 30. They died within two days. I emailed them about it and they said they didn’t have any record of my order despite it still being in the “my account” section of their website. I left a review on their website and they deleted it. If I could leave zero stars I would.”

“I would have put 0 but it wasn’t an option. Flowers are of terrible quality (£5 from a super market sort of quality) & squashed from transit. There was no cardboard vase supplied as advertised nor was a tracking number provided.”

“Extremely unhelpful service. This is a very unhelpful, useless company. I needed to change the deliver date of my order FOUR days before the flowers were to be delivered. This because my friends are away for a few days. This Company was unable to help with this simple request. The flowers will now be delivered in the boiling heat and left on a doorstep. They will be completely ruined when they get them. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!! I am very upset and disappointed that I have wasted my money buying these flowers. I have no idea where this company is based. They have no phone number or address on there website. y advice is to AVOID THEM like the plague!!!!!”

“Ordered flowers for what would have been my Mum and Dads 65th wedding anniversary for next day delivery. They did not arrive and recieved an e mail stating that they would be delivered a day late. This is made much worse because it's not long since my Dad died. Would I recommend them NO if they can't deliver what they say they will do!”

“Spent £30 on flowers that never arrived. Flowers 123 claimed I had given them an incomplete address, I hadn’t.Refused to resend or refund & offered an insulting £15 voucher code for more flowers. No contact was made re a problem with my delivery address they just took the money knowing the flowers weren’t delivered. 123 Flowers have a problem with their courier company but choose to blame the customer!! Would never use again & definitely wouldn’t recommend.”

“horrible!! I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers 4 days ago for my grandson who was born today and NEVER ARRIVED AT the HOSPITAL and THERE IS NO TRCKING NUMBER either !! thanks to 123 Flowers my daughter did not receive my details of affection. but they charged my card 4 days ago !! I will see that Paypal solves me. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE !!”

“Still not received cards chocolates and flowers a week later. Not been able to get through on the phone and they don’t bother to acknowledge emails. Absolute disgusting and appalling service Would highly avoid this company as I’ve spent £40 for absolutely nothing to be sent out”
