“They sported a holiday. I ordered flowers on 26.08 for 29.08. The flowers did not arrive.”

“Everytime I send flowers I always get a message back saying that they are just beautiful and so fresh looking.All my friends and family have been so surprised at receiving flowers from 123 Flowers and are delighted with them.Beautiful flowers and lovely selection.I will continue buying from 123Flowers as they are the best company.Never disappointed and the flowers are very reasonably priced.Many thanks.”

“I ordered flowers on 14 August to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday on 22nd August. They’ve still not arrived. I now want a refund but am still being given the runaround. I will never use this company again.”

“If there were minus stars i would give -50... They seem to have misconstrued understanding of NEXT day delivery.!!! They will not refund me as I paid for next day delivery . They don't stipulate on their website the royal mail is delivering. IF i had known RM would deliver i would have bypassed the website. No sms received either. No tracking details received in the first instance. DO NOT USE under any circumstances. APPALLING!!!!”

“My First order was for my Nan, we got the birthday bundle witch was beautiful and 2 extras a vase and tea cake set it was beautiful and come on time 💐 I have just made a second order for my mums birthday for a large rainbow bouquet and a bottle of white wine expected to coke this Tuesday and I cannot wait 🤩”
