“I ordered a medium bunch of flowers and all my recipient received was a few flowers - see photos. Embarrassing for me and my friend who these were sent to. Like other reviewers, please do not use these people, they will scam you. Also trading as Prestige Flowers. They do not respond to any communication. PLEASE BE WARNED.”

“Terrible flowers... purchased a large bouquet for my mother's birthday they sent a medium bouquet and it looked like been dragged through a hedge... you can buy far better from your local garage... I wouldn't recommend these at all save your money....”

“My beautiful flowers arrived perfectly packaged and with information about how to care for them. I loved all the extra touches and care given and it certainly works as they’re still looking fresh a fortnight after I received them. I will always use 123 Flowers from now on when ordering flowers online.”

“Ordered a potted rose as a valentines day gift, paid £30for what would probably cost £5 from the supermarket, arrived a day late and was broken, sent numerous emails but no reply avoid at all costs”

“Customer service was horrendous. They told me my order was not held by them then after I had ordered with a reputable company, they decided it was held and could not be cancelled. I was ignored for many hours on email whilst trying to resolve this issue. Absolute shambles of a company.”
