“Was sent a a surprise bunch of flowers by friend but as I was not in when they were delivered the courier decided to leave them in my dustbin instead. I have mobility problems so couldn’t reach down into the bin and furthermore shouldn’t have to do so. Was late when I arrived home so flowers had been in bin for over a day which is not acceptable as unhygienic and unsafe - will definitely complain as surely could of been left at a neighbours”
