“Still not received cards chocolates and flowers a week later. Not been able to get through on the phone and they don’t bother to acknowledge emails. Absolute disgusting and appalling service Would highly avoid this company as I’ve spent £40 for absolutely nothing to be sent out”

“Didn't realise flowers would be delivered by royal mail the couple l sent to were out and because it was a bank holiday would be redelivered until Tuesday 3 days later so not healthy flowers disappointed”

“I paid over £50 for two bouquets. They arrived half dead. I had to run to the local tesco and get a small bunch just to add in the middle for my daughter's birthday. Very disappointed.”

“I mean I’m not sure where to start to be honest, the flowers when received were too tall for the box they were delivered in but the packer didn’t seem to care so multiple flowers were essentially deadheaded. I’m not sure if this is a 123 flowers problems as I’m not sure the association with prestige flowers (the flowers had their logo). Things didn’t get much better, I made the mistake of ordering the double flowering lilies as I had never seen them before and I now know why. Such hideously malformed flowers, the stamen part of the flower is weirdly embedded randomly through some petals for some weird look. This look certainly hasn’t been aided with a horrible blown colour that has begun to randomly effect the bouquet. I’d understand after roughly two weeks if it was a case of simply end of the line but considering half the bunch haven’t bloomed and some are obtaining the brown taint. I’d guess it was a flower issue. I had hoped to include the worst of the brown problem the recipient cut off some of the problem areas. It’s embarrassing to think I gave these flowers as a gift. For the pictures the brown seems to be what’s happening to most but at varying stages. The other picture is an example of the flower interior... which is just a mess and make no sense.”

“I ordered a bunch of Roses 1 week before the delivery date for a birthday. It was supposed to be a surprise but nothing was delivered. I contacted this company via Facebook as there is no contact number and I was told that they will arrive before 6pm. I waited in all day for this delivery and because of the occasion needed them on this specific day not the week after. Very disappointed in the overall service and would nit recommend due to this.”

“A request was specifically made to have these flowers delivered on Friday. The did not arrive until late Saturday afternoon. The order was made in good time so no excuse for late delivery. Ver disappointed.”

“Absolutely disgusting. If I could rate zero I would. Would never use again or recommend. Paid £25 for pink bouquet for mother in law's birthday and was totally embarrassed by the four carnations and bit of gip she received. Disgusting”

“Mother's Day, ordered large bunch of Alstroemeria. They delivered 6 carnations, which were already on their last legs. Very bad at communicating, ignore all emails and contact. Plenty of better companies than these rip off merchants. Trading standards is my next stop.”

“Awful service. Flowers arrived on time but not the ones I asked for. Always used Prestige Flowers before and had no problems. Think they are the same company. Won't be using them again. Flowers all dead now. Don't use this company.”

“The experience was really disappointing. I definitely wouldn't use 123 Flowers never again. Ordered 2 weeks before Mother day - MUM CERAMIC PLANTER with Kalanchoe plant, instead they send A WELLINGTON Planter with Dianthus plant. They didn't try to contact me or give option to chose something else. I think 123 Flowers should contact me to let chose something else or cancel my order. And last I was ordering from 123 Flowers, delivered PRESTIGE flowers ?! You broke my Godson hart,he wasn't happy Wellington Planter to MUM on Mother day :(”
