“We couldn't find the office at Glasgow Airport at first, but staff was friendly to help us and explained us how to get there. We got a fairly new and very clean car. Staff forgot to tell us about the steering wheel lock, which led to quite a bit of a shock when we couldn't start the car. However, drop off was very easy and done within a few minutes.”

At airport took out additional insurance which made the whole booking much more expensive, as the supplier did his best to frighten with stories of how much would have to pay even for a small scratch. “Super except for the scam that is returning the car with an empty fuel tank after having paid top dollar for a full tank. This might be ok if you are using the car for an extended period and are doing reasonable distances but for a short stay or low mileage then its a scam and who is going to risk running out on the way to returning the car.”

“The service and car (brand new Astra - first to drive it, so returned it as new - plus the road dirt and grandchildren's feet marks on the floor - usual stuff!) was good.
Don't let the 'good' rating put you off - I never give a 'very good' rating - just in case the operators think they're perfect and stop trying!!”
