“Order the blades for my registration and when they arrived they did not fit. It seems my 20 year old car is a bit of an oddity with a non standard attachment design. Contacted Wiper Blades Ltd and they could not have been more helpful. Returned the blades and immediately got a full refund incl postage. A very good honest company”

“3 previous orders were fulfilled without a problem; the latest order for a different car was delivered with the incorrect rear wiper ( pack of three two front, one rear ) despite supplying the correct reg number when ordering. My enquiry after receipt of order resulted in being told ‘I’d ordered the wrong ones’ . Rather than send the correct rear wiper which cost £6 (the front ones fitted fine) , they would rather lose a customer . A shame .”

I can see from our communication that upon entering your vehicle's reg into our website that the wipers displayed as correct for your vehicle were not the wipers that you purchased. As this was a purchasing error, the returns details had been provided to return the wipers for a refund along with a link to the correct wipers for your vehicle, displayed upon entering your vehicles reg into our site. “site was easy to navigate, just enter reg and the blades i needed were there and great price so i bought the 3 and they are a perfect fit. customer service excellent as i had paid for next day but delivery company were a day late so delivery charge refunded instantly . would definitely use this company again. ORDER #WB1876929”

“their website took my vehicle registration number and still recommended the wrong wiper blades. Returns process is not straight forward. You have to email them (should be a returns section on the website but I couldn't find one.) they eventually send you a DPD QR code. You take this code and the returned parcel to a local shop etc etc. Two of the drop-off points didn't have the correct labels for the DPD printer. eventually the third place I tried seemed to know what they were doing. All in all a waste of quite a lot of my time.”

“As I have never had to buy wiperblades before as my father did everything but has now sadly passed away. I came to this website as I could put my registration number in and get the right ones. They came and dont fit i got intouch by email they want me to pay to return them dont mind if it's my fault. and now I have scratches on my beautiful car windscreen. Not impressed at all. What a waist of time and money money i haven't got. So upset”

“I purchased the Aerowiper - WBTR-RF-16 and the Aerowiper - WBTR-RF-20 for my Honda S2000 and the ordering process and delivery were a breeze, very good indeed. After watching the instructional video each wiper was replaced in around 60 secs each. They both wipe perfectly and look very good as well. Will be returning in the future, if needed, for new ones. Highly Recommend. 👍 💯”

“I have to say the ease of ordering the 2 wipers on the website and the speedy delivery was second to none. After watching the instructional video each wiper was installed in around 60 seconds each. “Lack of help from customer experience department, due to issues with numerous fittings required to secure the replacement blades to my car leave me with wiper blades I can’t use Purchased blades from a local auto parts factor and fitted them immediately without need of resorting to combinations of plastic adapters Too complicated for me”

Unfortunately, we do not list/sell suitable rear wipers for every vehicle, some we are still awaiting the data on or simply awaiting for an aftermarket manufacturer to make a suitable rear wiper for us to then stock. “Bought the Bosch Aerotwin wipers,front and rear 4 months ago.Delivered quickly and price was very competitive.These are premium quality wipers and performance is so much better than standard 0.E.M wipers,particularly on the front.Far quieter too. Very easy to fit - just minutes. The worst thing was removing the old wipers fitted by my Hyundai dealer which I did find very problematic but I got there in the end. They will also be far easier to replace with these again next time.”
