“On 28 May the online deck showed a fitness studio. This was confirmed by the cruise director. It was not there! Very disappointing.”

“I can't thank Rebecca Rimmer enough for her help with booking 2 cruises. I was a bit undecided about which to choose, but nonetheless she was extremely helpful and patient. She appears to be very knowledgeable about the cruises and it was very helpful to hear about her experiences, so that I could know what to expect. The cruises I've booked are in July and August 2025, so I can't review the actual holidays yet but I have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca and would happily book through her again. Thank you Rebecca.”

“food was boring, massive filling in waste of time giving talks about the next vinyard we were going to.Rooms were the smallest we have seen.Salamanca was beutiful and hotel visited for a meal and dancing exibition was worth seeing even with some of the staff being rude but the half days driving was a little tedious Porto was interesting and the guide very good. Would not want to do it again even if it was free and we were not encouraged to make specific stated amounts for tipping with the relativly expensive cruise price should have been inclusive.”

“I contacted River Voyagers via the live chat and Rebecca said she would find out the information I asked for and phone me back. She did phone back and although I asked her to look at different options she did as requested in a very professional manner. We were very happy with the service she provided.”

“As in all our previous cruises, David and myself have received excellent service from River Voyages, from the beginning to the end,nothing too much trouble for our so caring concierge Elizabeth.”

“Food, atmosphere and staff all excellent. However, of the 4 days advertised, the first was travelling and arriving, straight to dinner, nothing close by to stroll to after food. Day 2 didn't arrive to destination until 2-3 pm, the same on day 3. More time could have been been spent at the destination if sailing had been done though the night rather than moored. Sailing during the day restricts your time onshore. Day 4 leaving at airport at 7.40 am. For the amount of sight-seeing, it wasnt worth the long effort of travelling. We did overall enjoy the trip but would not recommend if you are a keen sight-seer.”

“.Dealt with Rebecca Rimmer to book this cruise. I can honestly say she was superb. Out of all the people I have dealt with, over the years booking 2-3 cruises per year, she was the most professional, knowledgeable , efficient and helpful. Cannot praise her highly enough. Would book through this company again due solely to this lady . Have not been on the holiday yet but her part in organising and helping us iron out difficulties has been faultless”

“Had an excellent trip on Uniworld to Venice, through River Voyages. All worked smoothly with flights and transfers. The trips were excellent and loved the private tour to Doge's Palace and the Basilica. Thank you to both River Voyages and Uniworld - will definitely use again”
